American Energy Care, a leading Energy Services Company (ESCO), has an immediate opening for an Energy Auditor or Energy Project Assistant.
Job Summary:
Based upon your experience, your interest, your education, and your unique ability you will be responsible for some combination of auditing, design or development, software engineering and research into energy savings opportunities for our clients.. This is for construction and engineering for a portfolio of projects in the energy and construction industries.

Any educational or experience or background within the construction trades, engineering, utilities, ESCO’s, conservation, renewable, or state agencies with construction, energy, rebates or performing energy calculations (such as NYSERDA or DOE) should be highlighted in your response.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather key project details such as utility data, facility profiles, site drawings, system operating characteristics.
- Visit project sites to assess and document building, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing systems.
- Investigate, analyze, and document energy conservation and water cost reduction measures.
- Participate in peer review for engineering analyses and project costing.
- Assist with energy auditing, and detailed energy reports with guaranteed savings
- Perform other duties as required.

Computer skills (Microsoft Office and project management software. (Excel, Word, Project).
