NOW HIRING: Project Managers

Job Summary: Project Managers are responsible for the successful management of all aspects of installation/ retrofit projects. Major responsibilities include: budgeting, staffing, and scheduling of labor, scheduling and managing projects to meet profitability targets, documentation of work completed, supervision of Field Supervisors, and overall customer satisfaction. Ability to provide engineering and quotation or project build assistance is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage installation/ retrofit projects to ensure that work performed is of the highest quality and meets customer expectations.
* Prepare workplans to meet profitability targets and monitor project progress to ensure specifications met.
* Perform pre-field to verify scope of work, and ensure the materials list is complete.
* Supervise the activities of the project team to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and quality standards.
* Communicate with customers to address scheduling needs, change orders, and any other necessary notifications.
* Track and manage labor budget and prepare job costing reports.
* Other duties as required.

SKILLS/CRITERIA:

* 4 years experience in the construction or electrical industry performing responsibilities equivalent to those listed above, with at least 4 years of supervisory experience.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry certification.
* Knowledgeable in NEC.
* Dependable, team-oriented, responsible and professional.
* Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
* Ability to prioritize work assignments and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Leadership, supervision, and motivational skills.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night shifts.
* Valid driver's license, reliable means of transportation, clean driving record.
* Computer skills (Microsoft Office and project management software.
* Commitment to learning and participating in training and educational programs
